Fall has fallen

Cold. This morning was really chilly. It was 12 degrees when I got out of bed. I realise that friends and family in Ottawa will be thinking, "What a wuss!" The difference is that without central heating and with all the drafts it was 12 degrees inside the house. We decided to order our wood - one cord (4 cubic metres) of mixed pine and hardwood. We have a wood burner that should warm the place up. We are going to avoid the electric heaters this time because electricity is crazy expensive.

To help stay warm we decided on fajitas for supper and I thought the bowls looked neat.
