We may have found a house to rent in Ngaio. We will find out today whether we are good tenants or not. It is right near the buses and about 15 minutes away from downtown. It is a cute little cottage type house. Nice porch. I'm excited...but we'll see.
I'm finding new things about NZ everyday. "Afternoon tea" is actually a mid afternoon snack...no tea, whereas, tea time is afternoon coffee. Prostitution appears to be legal as does BZP, which is a drug that mimics the effects of methamphetamine and exstacy. One does not call people on the phone...you give them a ring.
N is getting the driving thing down...which is great.
